WHO WE ARE

The African American Breastfeeding Alliance (AABA) is a

non-profit organization led and run by volunteers.

AABA’s purpose is to educate African American women

and families about the important maternal and infant

benefits of breastfeeding.

Our primary focus is to encourage breastfeeding in

the African American community because of

our low breastfeeding rates.
